Our Story: Pivotal Mediation was founded by Rebecca Poulin, a dedicated mediator with a diverse background. Rebecca holds a certificate in Mediation from the University of Maine Augusta, a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maine,  and a certificate in Japan and East Asian Studies from Kwansei Gakuin University. Rebecca brings a unique blend of financial acumen, a fresh perspective on conflict resolution, and a broad cultural understanding.

Our approach goes beyond traditional conflict resolution, drawing on Rebecca's diverse background to create a space where parties can express themselves openly.
